CONGRATULATIONS! On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Florida Venture Forum and the Selection Committee of the 2019 Early Stage Capital Conference, I am pleased to inform you that your company has been selected as one of the presenters for the Conference which will be held May 9-10, 2019 at Omni ChampionsGate in Orlando. While you have been selected as a finalist on the basis of the materials which you have submitted to date, your participation at the 2019 Florida Early Stage Capital Conference will depend upon a number of factors including the following: Quality Presentation – You must demonstrate to the Florida Venture Forum that you are prepared to give a quality presentation at the Conference; complete with a PowerPoint presentation. An interesting and compelling presentation is a key to both your ability to attract capital and our ability to attract capital sources. Please note that only one person may make the six minute presentation. Your Presentation is due on or before May 3, 2019. A coach will be assigned to you to assist you with your presentation. Your presentation can either be emailed to pat@flventure.org or uploaded to https://www.hightail.com/u/fvf

1. Payment of Fees and Expenses – You must pay the registration fees to attend the Conference on or before May 3, 2019. Your financial support of the Florida Venture Forum’s activities and your presence on-site with suitable facilities to meet potential investors are critical to your success at the Conference. Please register online using online presenter code is P2019. The early registration cost to attend is $249 per presenter (we recommend that at least two representatives from your company attend) and $229 for each additional team member from your company. Please log onto our website for registration information and Conference details. www.flventure.org and also note the REQUIRED $35.00 exhibit table fee.

2. There will be a May 9, 2019, afternoon workshop from 11:00 A.M. -2:15 P.M. titled Financing high Growth Ventures Workshop taught by Troy Knauss of the Angel Resource Institute. This is open to all registered presenters and the add-on cost is $55.00 for each pre-registered Conference attendee. When registering for the conference note the add-on online registration box for attending the workshop. Space is limited so register right away. This is a workshop that you don’t want to miss!

3. At the Conference, there will be a two-minute Q&A session following your six-minute

presentation.

4. Your Executive Summary once submitted becomes the property of the Florida Venture Forum and will be used for publication in the Conference Book or Conference APP.

5. Please note the Conference is open to the public and is inclusive of media in attendance.

If you do not completely fulfill each of the foregoing criteria, you will not be permitted to present at the 2019 Florida Early Stage Capital Conference. We have a number of worthy presenters, and your selection as a finalist has been expressly conditioned upon your agreement to satisfy these conditions. If you do not, we will seek a replacement.

In addition, you should understand that the Florida Venture Forum reserves the right to terminate your participation in the 2019 Florida Early Stage Capital Conference at any time, for any reason. In the event that your participation is terminated, the Florida Venture Forum will refund any fees previously received. Your right to receive a refund of fees paid to the Florida Venture Forum is your sole remedy, and the Florida Venture Forum shall not be responsible for any other loss, cost, expense or damage which you incur, but not limited to, costs of preparing for or attending the 2019 Florida Early Stage Capital Conference. You also understand that the Florida Venture Forum and the 2019 Florida Early Stage Capital Conference and its sponsors are not in any way engaged in the solicitation of offers to buy securities or the distribution of securities, including any securities of your company. You agree to consult with counsel knowledgeable in participation in the Conference and in connection with any securities transactions that may result from it. The Florida Venture Forum does not offer any investment advice to participants in the 2019 Florida Early Stage Capital Conference or otherwise and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by reason of the participation of any person in the 2019 Florida Early Stage Capital Conference or any other program(s) of the Florida Venture Forum.
