Dear LFTB Family,

Today is a historic day in the life of our church. Today we will be voting to call Trey Barron and his family to serve as Arena Pastor at LFTBCC. He will be the first full time staff member to be at LFTB. That is a major step in the life of our church. Trey has been serving as Arena Pastor at Top Hand Cowboy Church in McGregor, TX.. As you come in to the auditorium this morning you will be offered a handout. That handout will be a segment taken from his resume, a job description and a copy of a description from the website of Top Hand Cowboy Church. Please read this handout for information about Trey. Many of you know I have been searching and praying about someone joining our pastoral staff since I came to LFTB in 2012. When that search began, we started building our new auditorium and built a new arena

roof. It has been a fun journey so far and now it's time to build our church with qualified and called staff. Trey and his family will be a strong addition to our church, and I look forward to serving with him in the coming years. I love you, Brother Dale
