Dear Friends,
We’re welcoming the warm weather with our annual Customer
Appreciation Day on Friday, June 27, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The rain
date is Friday, July 18, at the same time. Please join us at any of our
financial centers for a grilled lunch, games, prizes, or just to say “Hello”
and introduce yourself to our Centric Bank team. This is our day to
say, “Thank you” for your business! I look forward to seeing you at our
Financial Centers this month.
On Memorial Day, our employees and families marched in both the Derry Township and Camp Hill Borough
parades. It was a great day for our employees to show their community support and deep respect for those who
have given the ultimate sacrifice in serving our country. We enjoyed seeing many of our friends marching in the
parades too, and others cheering and waving flags! Please take a minute to visit our Facebook page and Twitter
stream to see some of our favorite photos of these Memorial Day moments.
As your local community bank, we pride ourselves on serving small businesses. This year we’re excited to be a
prime sponsor for one of the most important local initiatives in central Pennsylvania—The Farmers Market at the
Penn State Hershey Medical Center. You can visit The Farmers Market, across from our Derry Township center
and next to Cocoa Beanery, every Thursday through October. The Medical Center’s Prescription Produce program
ensures that the community has access to local, farm-fresh fruits and vegetables. You’ll find more than forty
vendors who are sourced from a 25-mile radius, as well as community wellness screenings and education. We
think it’s a perfect message to align with Doctor Centric Bank. Financial health and community health go hand-in-
hand to maintain a strong, vibrant economic core.
Heart health is also important to us, and Centric Bank was a Gold Sponsor for the American Heart Association’s
2014 Capital Region Go Red for Women luncheon and fundraiser sponsored by Penn State Milton S. Hershey
Medical Center. As a board member of the American Heart Association and a member of the Circle of Red, I
hope to be a frontline ambassador for heart health awareness. One in three people will die from heart disease
in the U.S. and it remains the #1 killer of women. Follow our Twitter stream for occasional AHA tweets or visit
GoRedforWomen.org for more information.
Because We Revolve Around You is more than our tagline, my door and communication lines are always open.
Please contact me at 717.909.8309 to share your thoughts, ask a question, or refer a colleague or friend. You are
welcome to stop in to see me at the Linglestown Road Financial Center, and be sure to Like us on Facebook and
Follow us on Twitter.
We hope you’ve downloaded our mobile app to make anytime a good time to do Centric banking! Happy
Summer!
Sincerely,
Patricia A. Husic

Director SpotlightTOM FLOWERS, CPACentric Bank Board of Directors
Tom Flowers is the managing partner
of Flowers & Flowers, CPAs, a local
certified public accounting firm that
specializes in providing services to
closely held businesses and their owners.
Located in Lower Paxton Township, the firm
has grown in the last twenty years from just Tom and his father, Rick, to
three partners and nine staff.
What do you like best about Centric Bank and the future of
community banking?
Community banking is quite simply the necessary fuel for small
business to grow and prosper, which enables our economy as a whole
to strengthen. As a CPA and advisor to many local businesses, I see this
need every day and I am proud to be a part of Centric Bank that fills this
much needed role in our community.
Who has been the most influential person in your life?
My father has absolutely been the most influential person in my life. His
exemplary level of honesty, integrity and unwavering morals are the
characters and traits that I strive to live up to and to pass along to my
sons each and every day.
Employee SpotlightDONALD J. BONAFEDESVP, Senior Commerical Lending Officer
What do you enjoy most about
working at Centric Bank? I enjoy
working at a true community bank,
being involved with the employees and
customers on a daily basis.
How are you involved in the
local community? I’m on committees for Hospice of Central PA,
Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and United Cerebral Palsy.
What is the best advice you’ve ever received?
When I began my banking career, I opened a loan production office
in Harrisburg for a bank based in Scranton. Pete O’Donnell told me,
“Central PA doesn’t know who we are -- this is your company, your
business. Treat every prospect and customer with respect, provide
exceptional customer service, and your business will be successful.”
Who has been the most influential person in your life?
My daughter, Kristina, has taught me patience, how to focus on
important matters, that mistakes happen but may be corrected, to think
before you react, and so much more. Her influence continues as she
becomes smarter than me at age 24.
