Deane Simpson is an architect, urbanist and educator teaching and researching at The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts School of Architecture, Copenhagen, where he is professor and co-leader with Charles Bessard of the masters program Urbanism and Societal Change. He is formerly professor at the Bergen School of Architecture (BAS), unit master at the Architectural Association in London, faculty member at the ETH (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology) in Zürich, tutor at the Aarhus School of Architecture and Senior Researcher at the ETH SEC Future Cities Laboratory. Formerly an associate at Diller + Sco�dio in New York, he led or worked on several projects including Blur Building, Travelogues, Eyebeam, ICA Boston, Brasserie, and Rapid Growth.
