APPROACHING PEOPLEThe Deal with It 2 Approaching People Workshop is an interactive workshop, which explores the issues and difficulties involved in making an effective approach. We know that pushing, bullying, bludgeoning or haranguing people, to get them to alter what they are doing does not work!

STOP, THINK AND CONSIDERThe Deal With It 3 Stop Think Consider Workshop considers various types of work activities and safe systems of work. Examples of the 3 R’s are used. (Recognise, Respond, Report). Syndicate exercises are used to develop thoughts regarding different levels of risk of injuries and when the risk levels change.
