Having access to books over the summer months reinforces good learning habits and is critical to maintaining a child’s achievement level. This year we hope to help our keiki develop good summer reading habits with this fun challenge!

Eligibility: Students in Kindergarten - Grade 8

The Goods: Students select a pack of 5 books designed for their grade level. Each book comes with Common Core aligned Think Sheets to reinforce key learning skills, and Summer Journals with writing prompts. The goal is to keep kids reading, writing, and talking about books all summer long.

The Challenge: For the student to read all fi ve books and complete the related work sheets and journal. (Parental assistance is encouraged!)

Drawing: Students have the opportunity to earn up to 5 entry tickets for the Grand Prize Drawing. The student will receive ONE Entry into the Drawing for each book packet completed. If they complete the full set, they will get FIVE entries. After completion, the entry form must be signed by the parent and returned to the HOF Office by Friday, July 26, 2019 to receive their drawing tickets.

The Reward: The Grand Prize winner will get:

Ultimate Movie Pack – 10 Passes to Regal Theater and $50.00 concession gift card

In addition to the Grand Prize, we will also have multiple smaller prizes and awards.Register Now: Complete the registration form and select the childs preferred book set.
