BENTEC DEADLINE ANCHOR The Bentec deadline anchors are engineered and fabricated as integrated part of the overall drilling technology system. The in-depth know ledge of the process including drawwork, crown, drilling wire, deadline anchor and drill line reel enables Bentec the production of deadline anchors of different sizes and capacities, which are especially made for the required drilling rig specifications. Bentec is in the position to pro- vide standard types of deadline anchors (please refer to detailed data sheet on next page), but also special customer requests can be investi- gated and brought into reality. Bentec will inte- grate the weight indicator which is preferred by the customer, and also the operability when the drilling wire is reeved will be doublechecked by Bentec engineering. Bentec deadline anchors are made from high grade structural steel, for operation in harsh environment from -40° C to +55° C. They are made in the Bentec own fabrication yard with its high quality management standards. The deadline anchors are calculated, engineered, fabricated and tested in accordance with indus- trial standards like ISO, DNV and API.
