Dance Extreme Academy 727-375-5299 [email protected] Ballet Intensive Ballet-based intensive that includes training in technique, performance studies, student choreography and flexibility training. The student will gain more knowledge and skills in ballet as well as lyrical and contemporary, two additional styles that relate and loop back to ballet. June 4-8 * Monday – Thursday 9:30am-4:00pm (Lunch at 12:30) & Friday 9:30am-12:30pm. *Student lunch from 12:30-1:30pm ($5 contribution for pizza or students can bring their own lunch). Morning Sessions (9:30am-12:30pm) – Diamond Level ballet for ages 11+ and Sapphire Level lyrical & contemporary ages 10 & under. Afternoon Sessions (1:30-4:00pm) - Sapphire Level ballet ages 10 & under and Diamond Level lyrical & contemporary ages 11+. Cost $185 paid in full before June 1st Students ages 10 & 11 may be selected to participate in different sessions based on ability. *Dress code for all ballet classes are: Black leotard, pink tights, hair in a bun, and proper ballet slippers (or pointe shoes). Ballet skirt is optional. Proper dance attire for lyrical and contemporary is required and the dancer must have hair pulled off the face. Join us for a week of technique based classes in styles of ballet, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, lyrical and tap & more! *Guest Artists June 18-22 nd Sapphire Level (Ages 8-11) 9:00am-3:00pm Diamond Level (Ages 12+) 9:00am-3:00pm *Level placements at DEA Staff Discretion Cost $200 paid in full before June 1st $225 After June 1st
