of average daily attendance in the amoun( of fifty-two and 00/100 dollars ($52.00), such increase to be effective in the Sacramento City Unified School District for the school years 1977-78 to 1981-82, inclusive, the revenues of which are to be used to: acquire four (4) elementary school sites; construct three (3) elementary schools; construct permanent or semipermanent central facilities for two (2) portable class-room schools; provide capital improvements to meet safety and Handicapped-pupil requirements in existing schools; add to or

G replace school instructional equipment; upgrade existing school buildings; and improve the lighting in existing schools? This increase would constitute an increase for the school years 1977-78 to 1981-82 from approximately one thousand one hun-dred eighty-three and 00/100 dollars ($1,183.00) to one thousand two hundred thirty-five and 00/100 dollars ($1, 235.00) per unit of average daily attendance.

The proposed increase of the revenue limit of $52.00 per unit of average daily attendance will authorize an increase in the estimated maximum general purpose tax rate of the District in the first year, 1977-78, from approximately $4.29 to approxi-mately $4.60 for each one hundred dollars ($100) of assessed valuation of property.

Ia cantidad de cincuenta y dos y 00 I I 00 dolares ($52.00), tal aumento entrara en vigor en el Distrito Escolar Unificado de Ia Ciudad de Sacramento en los aiios escolares 1977-78 hasta 1981-82, inclusive, cuyos ingresos seran usados para: adquirir cuatro ( 4) sitios para escuelas primarias; construir Ires (3) escuelas primarias; construir servicios cen-trales para dos (2) aulas escolares portatiles permanentes o semipermanentes; proporcionar serias mejoras para cumplir con los requisitos de proteccion y para los alumnos inhabili-tados en las escuelas existentes; aiiadir o reemplazar equipo G de instruccion escolar; poner al corriente los edificios escolares existentes; y mejorar el alumbrado en las escuelas existentes?

Este aumento constituirla un aumento para los aiios esco-lares 1977-78 hasta 1981-82 de aproximadamente mil ciento ochenta y Ires 00/ 100 dolares ($1,183.00) a mil doscientos treinta cinco 00/ 100 dolares ($1,235.00) por unidad del pro-medio de asistencia diaria.

El aumento del limite de ingresos propuesto de $52.00 por unidad del promedio de asistencia diaria autorizara un aumento maximo en el cupo de impuestos calculado para fines generales del Distrito en el primer aiio, 1977-78, de aproximadamente $4.29 a aproximadamente $.60 por cada cien dolares ($100) del valor fiscal de Ia propiedad.
