Mr. Ahmad Ali SDO, Engineering wing ITEM NO.1: ACQUISITION OF LAND AND CREATIONS OF PLAYGROUND AND CIVIL WORK AT TANK ADP NO. 1034-130059 ADP 2014-15.Discussion 1. PC-II will be considered as withdrawn as per new works policy for hiring of consultant (C&W)

2. The P&D Department informed that the executing agency of the project engineering wing of sports department and contract will expire on 30/6/2015 so the project must end on 30/6/2015.Decision:The project is approved conditionally after the vetting of civil works by the P&D within 3 days i.e Monday 21st Oct, 2014.

ITEM NO. 2: CONSTRUCTION OF SPORTS COMPLEX AT SUB TEHSIL RUSTAM DISTRICT MARDAN ADP NO. 1038-140622 ADP 2014-15.Discussion 1. Representative of C&W suggested that a combined approval for both designing and supervisory consultants may be accorded in place of approval for designing only to save time.

Decision PC-II approved in toto. The scope of work must be identified by DG sports within 7 days to Executive Engineer Mardan with the intimation to Secretary Sports.2. 150 kanal land may be identified within 20 days i.e. 5th Nov, 2014 by DG sports.

ITEM NO.3: HOLDING OF TRADITIONAL, LOCAL NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL EVENTS ADP NO. 1054=140040 ADP 2014-15 DecisionApproved and MD TCKP to provide schedule of the events within 7 days to Secretary Sports and copy to Finance & P&D Department.

ITEM NO.4: DEVELOPMENT OF SUM ELAHI MUNG MANSHERA AS TOURIST RESORT ADP NO. 1052-140039 ADP 2014-15 DecisionPC-II approved and advertisement for the consultant may appear on 22nd Oct, 2014 positively by TCKP.

ITEM NO.5: FEASIBILITY STUDY AND MASTER PLANNING FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF MUSEUMS AT D.I.KHAN, HAZARA AND KOHAT DIVISIONS ADP NO. 1020-140041 ADP 2014-15 Decision1. Scope of work reduce to bring the PC-I cost within ADP limit.

2. PC-II approved with original allocation in ADP and advertisement for the consultant may appear within 15 days positively by Director Archaeology.

ITEM NO.6: PRESERVATION & REVITALIZATION OF EASTERN & WESTERN GATEWAYS OF GOR KHATTREE, PESHAWAR. ADP NO. 1014-130037 ADP 2014-15. Decision1. PC-II may consider withdrawn as per new works policy.

2. Scope of work reduce to bring the PC-I cost within ADP limit

3. The scheme approved within the amount allocated in ADP.

4. The fund has been reflected on capital side while the scheme shall be executed by Archaeology Department. The funds may be diverted from capital to revenue side. ITEM NO.7: ESTABLISHMENT OF NETWORK OF TOURISTS INFORMATION CENTERS ADP NO. 41-130037 ADP 2014-15. DecisionThe project is approved conditionally after the vetting of civil works by the P&D within 3 days i.e Monday 21st Oct, 2014.

ITEM NO.8: EXTENSION AND REHABILITATION OF MALE/FEMALE HOSTELS AT QAYYUM STADIUM, PESHAWAR ADP NO. 1028-130054 ADP 2014-15. Decision1. PC-II may consider withdrawn as per new works policy.

2. The fund has been reflected on capital side while the scheme shall be executed by engineering wing. The funds may be diverted from capital to revenue side.

3. The schemes has been approved with in allocation in ADP

4. Computer, vehicles, beds & generator are invalid charge.

5. The project is approved conditionally after the vetting of civil works by the P&D within 3 days i.e Monday 21st Oct, 2014.

ITEM NO.9: Establishment of international standard multipurpose Gymnasium at Abottabad ADP 1031-130053 ADP 2014-15. Discussion Nespak has been issued Letter of acceptance (LOA) by C&W Department. Decision1. The scope of work & site shall be identified by DG sports within 7 days to Executive Engineer Abbottabad with the intimation to Secretary Sports.

2. The consultants must submit detail cost estimate within 30 days upon identification of site and scope of work.

ITEM NO.10: UP GRADATION OF CURTIS STADIUM AT HARIPUR OF ADP NO. 1028-130054 ADP 2014-15. Decision:1. PC-II may consider withdrawn as per new works policy.

2. The project is approved conditionally after the vetting of civil works by the P&D department within 3 days i.e Monday 21st Oct, 2014.

3. The fund has been reflected on capital side while the scheme shall be executed by engineering wing. The funds may be diverted from capital to revenue side.

4. Approved with the condition to complete in current year.

5. Engineering wing shall advertise within 30 days positively.

ITEM NO.11: ESTABLISHMENT OF PICNIC SPORTS AT SUITABLE PLACES IN MALAJABA DISTRICT SWAT ADP NO. 1051-140036 ADP 2014-15. Decision: PC-I may be prepared within 30 days by the engineering wing sports department positively.

ITEM NO.12: FEASIBILITY STUDY, SURVEY DESIGING, PREPARATION OF PC-I, TENDER DOCUMENTS AND DETAIL SUPERVISION FOR THE WORK COMPLETION OF INCOMPLETE BOXING GYMNASIUM AT PESHAWAR AND SPORTS COMPLEX D.I.KHAN ADP NO. 1035-140048 ADP 2014-15. Decision: 1. The scheme is defer till the joint final report of the XEN C&W Building Division II Peshawar & DIKhan, and DG sports within 15 days.

2. In light of the final report PC-I/PC-II shall be prepared immediately for the submission to concerned forum.

ITEM NO.13: Improvement restoration & Rehabilitation of Existing sports facilities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa ADP NO.1041-140745 ADP 2014-15. Decision: 1. DG sports must intimate the districts where the rehabilitation of existing facility is required within 7days with scope of work and identification of facility to concerned XEN C&W with the intimation to Secretary Sports office.

2. PC-II unapproved being an umbrella scheme in the whole province.
