l Introduction
The author was retained by Slam Exploration Ltd. to plan and supervise the drill program discussed in this report.
The property is located approximately 120 km east-northeast of Pickle Lake, Ontario and approximately 40 km west-northwest of Fort Hope, Ontario. Refer to Figure l. Access is via air from Pickle Lake and Fort Hope. A resort lodge (Miminiska Lodge), with a grass airstrip, is located on the north shore of Miminiska Lake.
The Miminiska Lake property consists of a large single block of 327 units in 26 claims. Refer to Figure 2.
This report presents the results of a diamond drill program conducted on the property during the spring of 2004. A total of seven, NQ size, drill holes, totaling 1,136 meters, were drilled from 1-29 June 2004. Figure 3 shows the locations of these drill holes, confined to three areas, from northeast to southwest, Grid 12B, Grid 12A and the Rita Lake Grid.
A total of 314 cut core samples were submitted to Accurassay Assay Ltd in Thunder Bay for analysis. An additional 16 standard samples were analyzed for quality control.
2 Property Geology
This section is extracted from a summary report prepared by MPH Consulting in September 2002, author unknown. Refer to Figure 4.
The "property is centered along a belt of predominantly mafic volcanics and tuffs in contact with a sequence of clastic sediments in the south and the Troutfly Lake granodiorite batholith to the north. The volcanic sequence averages 2000 m in thickness in the central portion of the property area, thickening both to the east and west. The eastern extremity of the property is again underlain by clastic sediments."
"Laterally extensive interflow sedimentary units are common within the mafic volcanic sequence. These comprise various banded chert/mudstone units, oxide iron formation and sulphidic-graphitic argillite members. These interflow zones are typically marked by airborne and ground EM/magnetic anomalies."
"Rock units generally trend east-west to northeast-southwest and dip sub- vertically."
"The mafic volcanics, particularly the more tuffaceous members, are generally well foliated with numerous areas of more intense shearing manifested as discrete shear zones."

"A strong gold-prospective shear or fault of regional extent is indicated to mark much of the main sediment-volcanic contact on the property."
"Gold is present in quartz +S- carbonate veins and alteration/shear zones in the volcanics and in a variety of interflow sedimentary settings, including oxide iron formation."
3 Previous Work
The area has been explored sporadically. Details of previous work have been thoroughly summarized by previous workers.
The highlights of this past activity include:
1) Discovery of the Howells Lake Sb-Au zones in 1978 by New Jersey Zinc Exploration Co. (NJZ).
2) An intersection of 0.23 ounces per ton over 6 feet, in NJZ drill hole 78-1A/1B.
3) An intersection of 0.1 ounces per ton over 35 feet in Felmont drill hole 84-11.
4) Three significant intersections in Baroque hole 86-05, drilled 500 feet west of 84-11, returned 0.17 opt/ 12 ft, 0.15 opt/ 9,2 ft and 0.16 opt/ 8.8ft.
5) A 1980 NJZ channel sample from the historic Szetsu-Bayne showing returned 0.374 opt (cut) over 13.5 feet.
4 Current Work
A diamond drill program of seven holes was completed by Bradley Brothers Diamond Drilling, Rouyn and Timmins, under the supervision of the author during the period l to 29 June 2004. The work was conducted from a basecamp located on the East Bay of Miminiska Lake, approximately 4 km east of Miminiska Lodge.
Refer to Table l for parameters of these drill holes. Table 2 shows the distribution of core samples and standards. A blind standard, one of three (OXD27: 0.416 gpt Au, OXD33: 7.378 gpt Au and JH13: 1.315 gpt), was randomly inserted every 20 samples. Drill logs and analytical certificates are included in Appendices A and B.

5 Results
Drilling in the Grid 12B, Grid 12A and Rita Lake Grid areas of the Miminiska Lake property did not return any significant analytical results.
The 3 drill-holes completed in Grid 12 B intersected mafic volcanics with interbedded iron formation (up to 7.5 m in S04-01, up to 5.3 m in S04-02 and up to 4.3 m thick in S04-03). A high value of l .5 gpt Au over 2 meters was encountered in, qtz-mag- po, iron formation in drill-hole S04-01. Refer to Figures 4, 5 and 6 for cross sections these drill-holes.
The 2 holes in Grid 12A also intersected mafic volcanics with interbedded iron formation, similar to those in Grid 12B area. Thicknesses of iron formation varied up to 4.0 meters in holes S04-04 and 3.0 meters in holed S04-05.
Drilling at Rita Lake encountered a varied sequence of altered mafic flows and tuffs with interbedded iron formation, argillites and quartz eye tuffs (possible felsic intrusives??). Hole S04-06 intersected variably altered mafic flows and tuffs with
interbedded iron formation. The iron formations varied in thickness up to 17.4 m. Hole S04-07 encountered a variably altered sequence of mafic volcanics and tuffs with interbedded iron formation (2.1 m thick), argillite and felsic quartz-eye tuff (several intervals, up to 6.0 meter thick). These felsic tuffs may be intrusives(?).
Cross sections of all holes are shown in Figures 5 to 11, inclusive. Complete drill logs are included in Appendix A. Copies of digital analytical results, including multi element ICP, are included in Appendix B.

6 Conclusions
The northern portion of the property did not return any significant results.
Drilling in the south, S04-07 of Rita Lake, did not return any values but encountered unexpected geology in the form of interbedded argillites and altered felsic quart-eye tuffs/intrusives (?).
The standards show a variation in results of 12 to I707o.
7 Recommendations
The author recommends that no further work be conducted in the northern portion of the property.
However, in light of the unexpected lithologies (silicified and sericitic felsic tuffs/intrusives (?) and po-py bearing breccias), in the Rita Lake area, a program of additional data review and technical programs is recommended to re-evaluate the area. The object being to determine the extent and potential of the altered lithologies encountered in hole S04-07 and the merits of acquiring the adjoining Sb-Au zone, which was discovered in 1978.
Technical programs recommended include detailed geological mapping, whole rock geochemistry and Real Section IP. Additional drilling would be justified upon receipt of favourable results.
