Undergraduate Students entitled to Free Fees

The student contribution fee for 2013/14 is 2,538

This can be paid as follows:

In full at registration 2,538 or

Instalment 1; 1,288 at registration

Instalment 2: 1,250 (31/1/14)

If on SUSI grant: 38

Students on SUSI grants must supply their (13 digitSUSI number during the registration process) and

pay a fee of 38 which is not covered by the grant.

Undergraduate Students not entitled to FreeFees

Please ensure 60% of your fees are paid prior to

registration and the balance by 31st January 2014.

Non EU Students

Full payment required within two weeks of

acceptance of a place.

Defaults on Payment from previous years

Full payment is required before registration for

Please note this deposit is non refundable the onlyexception is when the student does not meet theentry criteria.

Students are not entitled to a refund of fees onceformally registered.

Third Party Payments (Employers)

DCU does not issue invoices to individual Companiesor students for fee payment. Students in receiptof third party sponsorship must pay their feesonline during the registration process. An invoicemay be printed online during registration (Costof Registration) for your Sponsor. However yoursponsorship is a matter for you and your sponsordirectly. The fee liability for your programme feesrests in full with you as a student of DCU.

Student Classification

Please note that the initial status assigned to astudent upon entry to the University will be appliedfor the duration of their programme. Studentsclassified for fee purposes as Non-EU will not bepermitted to change their fee status followingadmission. Students classified as EU and liable forthe Tuition, Student Contribution Charge and theCaptiation fee will not be permitted to change theirstatus and will not be eligible for free Tuition feesfollowing admission.
