The Festival Launches in Less Than 3 Weeks!
EXCITING NEW DEVELOPMENTS
We featured acclaimed jazz vocalist Lena Seikaly with a live band at Bossa Cafe.
We held a Tweet-Up to show a sneak peek of this year’s film at Busboys & Poets.
We are collaborating with several DC-based institutions including Georgetown’s Center for Contemporary Arab Studies, The Jerusalem Fund, the Institute for Palestine Studies, and the Arab-American Institute who provided us with a full-time summer intern.
We met our online fundraising goal of $5,000 66 hours before the close of our online campaign.
Projacs International donated $5,000.
We created a new logo (see above!)
We overhauled our website.
