We are happy to advise you that, based on the Online Examination held on 08.11.2015/15.11.2015, you have beenshortlisted to appear for interview for the captioned post. Note : Candidate shall report at the venue at 8:00AM for FORENOON SESSION and at 1:00 PM forAFTERNOON SESSION, for verification of Certificates/Credentials.

2. You may please note that this letter is being issued to you provisionally and you will be admitted for the interview, only onverification of the original certificates, etc., satisfying the basic eligibility criteria prescribed for the post as indicated in ournotification dt.09.10.2015.

3. If it is found that the information furnished by you in your application was incorrect or incomplete or thatyou do not fulfil or are unable to adduce documentary proof as to your basic eligibility in terms of the saidnotification, you will NOT be admitted for interview.

4. You should bring with you the following original certificates together with one set of photocopies thereof, strictly as perthe acceptable documents indicated in the notification, for verification of your eligibility :

i. Certificates, Mark Sheets, Testimonials and other documents, in original, in support of your qualification/s, age andexperience ;

ii. If you belong to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Physically Handicapped Category, a Certificate issued by theCompetent Authority ;

iii. If you belong to a Backward Class, a declaration is required to be submitted in the prescribed format by candidateseeking reservation under BC Category (available in the Bank's notification), that, he/she does not belong to thecreamy layer as on 01.10.2015. The BC Certificate containing the creamy layer status should have been issued duringthe period of 1 year prior to 01.10.2015.

iv. If you intend to avail relaxation in upper age limit as given in our notification, the original certificates in support ofyour claim issued by the Competent Authority ;

v. If you are a local candidate of State of Telangana, you are required to produce Bonafide Study Certificate from theEducational Instiution/s OR Residential certificate issued by MRO/ Competent Revenue authorities, as the case maybe as per the definition as specified in the notification (available at Bank's website). Residence Certificate will not be accepted, if a candidate has studied in any educational institution upto SSC orequivalent examination. Such candidates have to produce study certificates invariably. The candidates who acquireddegree from Open Universities without studying SSC/Matriculation or equivalent in educational institutions, have tosubmit residence certificate only.

vi. If you are in service, a 'No Objection Certificate' issued by the concerned Competent Authority.

5. Reservation for BC­E, will be subject to adjudication of the litigation pending before the Hon'ble Courts and Governmentorders thereon.

6. You are required to make your own arrangements to appear for the interview. The Bank will not reimburse any expensesfor attending the interview.

7. Please note that the Bank will not entertain any request for change in the place and date of your interview.

8. You should also produce the following at the time of interview :

i. Print out of this Call Letter for interview ;ii. Photo Identity Proof such as PAN Card/ Passport/ Driving Licence/ Voter's Card/ Bank Passbook with

photograph/ Photo identity proof issued by a Gazetted Officer or People's Representative on original letterheadalong with photograph/Recognized College/ University ID Card/ Aadhar card/Employee ID;

iii. One coloured passport size photo ;iv. Copy of application form uploaded for the Written Test ;v. IMPORTANT: Copies of bio­data­cum­attestation form duly filled in and completed in all respects,as per the proforma available on the Bank's Website.

9. It may please be noted that, the admission to interview after preliminary verification, is purely provisional. Mereappearance for the interview does not confer any right or claim for appointment in the Bank.
