III. Cooperation (15%)

A 95%-100% participate actively and productively in group/team

B 90%-94% participate actively in group/team but with less productivity

C 85%-89% participate in group/team with acceptable result

D 80%-84% likely participate in group/team when interested

E 76%-79% aggravate conflict in a group/team
