CATERING

This section covers our catering policies and procedures, including valuable details regarding ordering, billing, and alcohol policies.

Professional Sports Catering (PSC)PSC, the food and beverage service partner of the Dayton Dragons and Fifth Third Field, is the only full service food and beverage company that focuses exclusively on Minor League Baseball. PSC takes pride in providing unmatched service and the highest quality food products to customers.

Alcohol PolicyTo ensure a safe and enjoyable event, and to comply with the rules and regulations of the state of Ohio and Fifth Third Field, no alcoholic beverages may be brought into or removed from your suite. It is the responsibility of the suite owners to ensure no minors or visibly intoxicated guests consume alcoholic beverages.

The Dayton Dragons reserve the right to check for proper identification and refuse service to guests who appear to be intoxicated.

Alcohol sales will be cut off at the top of the 8th inning or two and a half hours after the scheduled start of the game (whichever occurs first). For special events, such as concerts, we will inform the guests of the alcohol policy upon placing their order.

Beverage Par Stock PolicyThe beverage par stock works like a hotel mini bar, but you get to choose what goes in it. Though it is not mandatory, many suite holders enjoy knowing their suite refrigerator will always be stocked and ready-to-go with their favorite products. If you would like to take advantage of this service, please contact PSC to set up your par.

7SUITE HOLDER MANUALTM

When you arrive, your suite refrigerator will be stocked. Feel free to use everything in your refrigerator throughout the course of the game. At the top of the 8th inning, your Suite Attendant will track the beverages in your refrigerator. Whatever you use will be charged on that particular event’s bill.

Cakes for Special EventsIf you would like to celebrate a special event in your suite by bringing in a cake, you are welcome to do so. Please contact your Dragons Representative in advance if you would like to bring a cake into your suite.

Cancellations and Rain out ConcernsPlease contact PSC at (937) 610-3194 with your cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the start of the event. No charges will be incurred if you follow this procedure. For rain out concerns, call the office no later than six hours before gates open.

If a game is cancelled prior to the gates opening, the suite holder will NOT be responsible for any orders. In this situation, your Dragons Representative will contact you.

If the game is delayed prior to or during play, your food and beverages will be delivered as scheduled unless other plans were made six hours prior to the opening of the gates.

Method of PaymentWe ask for a credit card to be provided when any catering order is placed. This credit card will be used to hold the order and will not be charged until the end of your event.

At the end of an event, your suite host will be presented with an itemized bill detailing all food and beverage purchases to be charged to the credit card provided. It is your responsibility to provide us with updated credit card information.

A suite guest may use a different credit card than originally provided for payment. Other methods of payment include corporate check, cash, and Baseball Bucks. Please make checks payable to “Professional Sports Catering.”

If you find any discrepancies or need an additional copy of a receipt, please contact PSC at (937) 610-3194.
