DALLAS COUNTY CONSULTANT ENGINEERING SERVICES CONTRACT DAL- TECH ENGINEERING, INC. Now therefore, this Work Order No. 3 is made by and entered into by the County and Consultant for the mutual consideration stated herein.

I. Purpose

County and Consultant both mutually agree to supplement said Contract in accordance with the terms of the existing agreement, except as modified below. The purpose of this Work Order is to supplement the Consultant Agreement to expand the scope of services to provide engineering services for the Wintergreen Road MCIP 47302 Project, as well as provide for the compensation accordingly. This Work Order will be paid from MCIP Fund 196, Project 4 7302.

II. Supplement Provisions

A. Article IV. "Work Order(s)", of the Consultant Agreement shall be supplemented to include this Work Order No. 3 as further detailed in Attacluncnt "A" which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The targeted completion date is summer of 2021.

B. Article V. "Compensation" of the Consultant Agreement shall be supplemented to add Attaclunent "A". The total fee to be paid to the Consultant under this Work Order for all of the scope of services shall not exceed Thirty Thousand Dollars and no cents ($30,000.00) as detailed in Attachment "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Fmihermore, any additional fee to this Work Order must be approved by the Commissioners Court in accordance with the terms of this Work Order and the Consultant Engineering Services Contract. \

III. Effect of Work Order

This Work Order shall not change or waive any contractual provisions, clauses, or conditions of the original Contract, as well as previous and/or subsequent Work Orders, unless otherwise provided for herein.

Proposed Services: DAL-TECH proposes to provide professional engineering and surveying services to support Dallas County Public Works during the construction of Wintergreen Road (Phase 1) . DAL-TECH will provide services on an as-needed basis as specifically requested by Dallas County Public Works. Services may include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Review construction contractor approximately 8 submittals and provide recommended responses to Dallas County Public Works.

2. Review construction contractor approximately 12 requests for information (RFis) and provide recommended responses to Dallas County Public Works.

3. Review construction contractor approximately 5 requests for change orders and provide recommended responses to Dallas County Public Works.

4. Participate in approximately 3 construction progress meetings.

5. Perform approximately 5 field surveys to verify locations of various construction items.

6. Review of approximately 3 traffic control plans submitted by the construction contractor and provide comments to Dallas County Public Works.

Proposed Time of Performance:

DAL-TECH proposes to provide the above services in a timely manner, in accordance with time constraints provided by Dallas County Public Works. The period of construction is estimated to extend from mid-2019 to mid-2021.
