• 1. Set the goals – Why are we doing this event besides PR• 2. Define budget to be spent• Who? Define your audience (s)• What? Define appropriate type of event / Key Messages• How? Campaign Elements to communicate• Where? Define Site/Venue/Location• With Whom? Build a support team• Update/tropicalize and follow check list• Planning is key• Prevention is success!
