My Challenge Day 27What Drives You In Your Internet MLM Business?

I’ve had a really fun time making this series. It has given me a lot of inspiration and time to reflect. All of that reflection has allowed me to get my creative juices flowing. I’ve been following what’s going on in the world and the things that are important. It’s all about thinking, interacting and perceiving ideas.

At the end of the day, we’re marketers. Whether you’re doing it online or offline, you’re trying to develop skills to become a better communicator. That’s one of the main things I’ve learned through this. It’s crazy how fast this year has gone by. Well, over half of it is pretty much gone. I really want you to start thinking about this because whatever your goals or aspirations are, whether it’s to make money or just have success, ask yourself what is your why?

Throughout this process, it won’t always be easy. We’ve talked about this before, but there will always be some type of challenge. Most of the time, 90% of the people that meet that challenge just fall over and give up. They will just move on to something else which creates a vicious cycle. They go from opportunity to opportunity looking for the answer.

I want you to think about how you can remove that syndrome and just focus on something that is important to you. Think about what it ultimately is that you want to accomplish that will have a drastic impact. I’ll give you an example. It was Mother’s Day and a lot of people are thinking about how they can give back to their moms. What I really started to think about was the fact that it’s all about family and spending time with those that you love. We tend to take it for granted. At the end of the day what we really want is to have more time with our family.

Life is short and there are a lot of things that we could be spending our time on. There are also a lot of ways to make money. But for me, what’s most rewarding is the fact that I have more flexibility and freedom to spend time with the people that I love. That in its self is more rewarding and impactful than anything else that I could have done. I don’t want to become a guru or be known as an internet marketer. I just want to be able to have more time and flexibility and chose what I get to do each day. If I want to go on a trip or take my family on a vacation, I want to just do it. That’s why I work hard in my business.

The other day, we went out to dinner at a luxurious restaurant with my family. I told them I would cover the bill, just because I could. Those types of things make me happy because I can give back to the people that have helped me through my life. It’s a small thing I can do to make an impact.

Think about how you can do things to impact the people around you. I struggled with taking attention away from myself and focusing it on other people. It helps you become a better marketer and be able to attract more people to your business. You have to shift the focus from making money to how you can help other people. Money is just one source of energy. It’s about taking income from one source and giving it back. That’s truly the most important thing that I want to share with you.
