Development

Development usually happens only on designated servers.

Developers have write permissions on this server with the ability tocreate jobs, scripts, files tables etc.

Construction, Unit testing and Independent testing is done on thisserver.

Testing

Inter project dependencies will be streamlined.

System testing, Volume testing, Integration testing is done on this server.

Production

Production server – jobs run in real time.

Generally the person who is doing implementation will have permission toaccess this server.

These are high capacity servers.

Username should be given as dhc\<username>.

Choose appropriate Project and enter User Id/ password for entering into TestDirector.

Click on icon ControlM  – IBM. You will get following screen.

Again Click on Control -M IBM. It will initialize Control M and then will promptfor user name and password. Enter the username and password.

Click on icon CONTROL-M Enterprise Manager GUI and then enter user nameand password. This will connect you to control M interface.
