Late work will receive 80% of the score you would have received if turned in on time

Missing Work If you believe that you have turned in
work but it is showing up as missing, do the following (in this order):1) Check your binder
2) Check the “no-names” on the white board
3) Check the pass-back basket
4) Come and see Mrs. Trometter

Cell Phone Policy Cell phones are not to be out unless you
are SPECIFICALLY INSTRUCTED to bring them out No texting, gaming, watching videos,
etc.
Listening to music is only allowed at specific times, designated by the teacher
If I see the phone or earbuds at unauthorized times, it will be a referral
You may not leave class to get headphones/earbuds without using a pass

Bookshelf Information Books
You may borrow any book on my shelf If you want to take it out of the classroom, please let me
know so I can keep track of books Some of the books have material for mature readers (i.e.
profanity, controversial or adult themes), so only read books that would be acceptable to your family
Again, I bought them, so please treat them with respect Return them when finished Take care of them while you have them
Dictionaries/Textbooks Please replace on the shelf when you have finished
using them – do not leave them sitting on your desk
