• 2002 - 2009: Co-Creator, Instructor Team Leader and Instructor Trainer

for Extreme Boot Camp in La Canada, CA. Authored The

Boot Camp Instructor Handbook (in-house document)

• 1997 – 99: Studied Ryu-te, the Okinawan kempo style of the Oyata

family, and Aikido, with Sensei Robert Bryner, master of Ryu-

te and Aikido.

• 1991 - 97: Earned 1st degree Black Belt, Goshindo, personal soft/hard

martial arts style of Sensei Hashimoto Shunjito, senior disciple

of the Kuro Iwa School.

• 1988 - 91: Earned 1st degree Black Belt, Allah Tavakollah Allah,

Japanese based martial arts style of Sifu Jay Tavakollah,

World Class 3rd degree Black Belt from the Mas Oyama School.

• 1976 - 92: Studied dance in N.Y.C. and performed in the U.S., Canada

and Europe.

• 1977: Received scholarship to The Clark Center for the

Performing Arts, an affiliate of the Alvin Ailey School.

• 1974: Studied and performed at the University of Tennessee in

Knoxville:
