The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is attempting to locate

and arrest fugitive, David Connell. Connell is being sought on two outstanding warrants for failing

to maintain his sex offender registration. Connell is required to register as a sex offender due to his

1991 conviction in NH for two counts of Felonious Sexual Assault on a victim between the ages of 13

– 16, with an age difference greater than three years. Connell was last known to be homeless in the

Portsmouth, NH area, but could be anywhere at this time. If you know of the whereabouts or have

observed a person that resembles Connell, please contact the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force, or

your local police.
