I am writing in support of Kimberly Wheeler, my Office Manager for almost four years at Lordly & Dame, Inc. Kimberly has been a strong influence on the overall productivity of our company. She is punctual, creative, resourceful and efficient - with her “can do” attitude she has accomplished many things since her arrival to our agency. Her position oversees many administrative tasks such as secretarial duties and contract management, but it also consists of accounting and on-site event assistance. Kimberly manages three banking accounts in excess of almost $2 million; she records deposits, pays and enters bills, transfers money, organizes tax forms, and reconciles each month. Additionally, her poise on site and over the phone, as well as her ability to work and communicate with celebrities and their management is remarkable. In the past year alone Kimberly has received much praise among artists we have worked with including Steve Miller Band, The New Cars, J. Geils Band, Michael Franti & Spearhead, The Neville Brothers, and Dr. Maya Angelou just to name a few.

Kimberly has also come into her own redeveloping our company’s marketing campaign. She has a sharp approach to email and mass-marketing distribution, and promptly maintains our website features and listings. Over the years I have seen Kimberly’s growth and advancement in the entertainment industry; and I can proudly state that I have helped mold her into the professional she is today. Kimberly is extremely computer savvy – she has learned a number of programs while with the company, is often relied on for her research skills on the internet, and can easily remedy or manipulate glitches in our office equipment. Her foresight and ability to see from all angles; combined with her commitment to her endeavors, passion for the arts and balanced perspective; fuels her strong work ethic.
