1. Successfully reorganized the Division

3. Completed the remodeling of the Food Service Center
4. Responded to Operation Haiti Relief (29 Days)
5. Responded to Deepwater Horizon (120 Days)
6. Received approval of the State Enhanced Mitigation Plan
7. Completed the remodeling of the Media Briefing Room and the ESF-14 Room
Division Accomplishments for Last Year
8. By the end of October we will have closed 85% of the project worksheets for 2004-2005 Hurricane Season
9. Relocated the Mitigation staff from the Florida Recovery Office to the State Logistics Response Center
10. Maintained funding for local programs
11. Maintained current level of staffing for the Division
12. Created a quality assurance/quality control OPS position for grants
13. Launched and enhanced Kids Get A Plan
14. Developed and utilized the recon system GATOR
Focus Areas for the Division1. Maintain Local Funding for EMPA and EMPG
