David Corban architect, pllc DCa is a Naples based Architecture firm providing full architectural services to the public and private sectors. The firm’s work is marked by its thoughtful detailing and careful response to the Florida environment. With a twenty-first century take on Florida Architecture, David Corban provides clients in Southwest Florida with an architecture unique to its environment. Mr. Corban has been at the forefront of the design community in Florida with his own firm and as principal and qualifying architect at Architectural Network, winning more than 18 awards from the American Institute of Architects at the state and local levels. also a LEED Accredited Professional (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design). He

has been practicing Architecture in Collier County for 21 years.

Bandshell, North Collier Regional Park and the Ritz Carlton Beach House. He was an

SR 56 Extension Traffic Study, Pasco County

Traffic Engineer providing traffic studies for this 3.4 mile roadway extension project. SR 56 Mansfield Signal Warrant, Pasco County

Prepared a detailed traffic signal warrant analysis for the intersection of SR 56 and Mansfield Boulevard in Pasco County

SR 56 is a new 6-lane state highway currently under construction in southeast Pasco County

The warrant analysis was performed to determine if a traffic signal would be warranted at the T-intersection upon opening of the new highway

Traffic volumes were projected using the FSUTMS model and other local data and the study was performed to meet the criteria outlined in the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices.

Downtown Palm Harbor Parking and Circulation Study, Pinellas County, FL

Project Manager for a parking study to evaluate current parking needs and future demands for Old Downtown Palm Harbor

Involved an analysis of current parking demand and patterns as well as an evaluation for future land use and parking needs for both on street and off street parking.

The study formulated new parking regulations for the area adopted by Pinellas County.

Included an evaluation of the interaction between pedestrian, transit and vehicular traffic to identify potential safety improvements including pedestrian crossings, street lighting and potential traffic signals on Alternate US 19
