Son of David Edward Alan and Sandra Georgina West, the English player, David Robert Joseph Beckham, was born on the 2nd of May 1975,at Whipps Cross University Hospital in Leytonstone, London, England. Professionally, David has been playing since he was 17, and is currently still playing.

What Club, Team or Country does He Play For?

David currently plays in the Los Angeles Galaxy Major League. Previously played for Manchester United, Real Madrid, and the England National Team.

What’s his background?

Beckham’s career began when he signed a professional contract with Manchester United making his first-team debut in 1992. He left Manchester United to sign for Real Madrid in 2003, where he remained for 4 seasons. In January 2007 it was announced that David Beckham is leaving Real Madrid for the Major Leagues Soccer Club Los Angeles Galaxy, he signed a five-year contract with them on the 1st of July 2007. He usually plays midfield.

He amazes everyone with his free kick-abilities and his tireless running on the field.
