Event SCHEDULE PARKING

Graduates and guests should park near the degree presentation ceremony they are attending. Accessible parking for guests with disabilities is available adjacent to Williams Stadium.

Plan to arrive early to avoid heavy traffic.

TRANSIT SERVICESLiberty University Transit Services will provide shuttles during Commencement weekend to assist with traveling around campus.

Please Note: Shuttle service is not provided off campus.

SEATINGReserved seating in the Williams Stadium Club Pavilion may be purchased for $30. These seats provide access to the air-conditioned club level with private concessions and restrooms. To purchase these seats, call 434-582-SEAT (7328) or email the university Ticket Office at [email protected].

Accessible seating for guests with disabilities is available in the Williams Stadium concourse.

HOUSINGPlease make your Commencement housing reservations as soon as possible. Visit the Commencement website for information on local lodgings.

WEEKEND DININGOn-campus dining options will be available for breakfast and lunch throughout the weekend.

You are encouraged to dine on campus on Saturday to avoid the traffic and crowds at local restaurants.

Specific locations will be posted on the Commencement website in April.

CHILDCAREFree childcare will be provided at Thomas Road Baptist Church during the Baccalaureate Service on Friday, during the Commencement exercises on Saturday, and through the completion of the degree ceremonies.

Children must be five years old or younger. Meals will not be provided.

EVENT LOGISTICS

REGALIAPurchase regalia at www.HerffJones.com/College/Liberty by April 13 or at the Liberty University Barnes & Noble Bookstore beginning March 2.

The Liberty University Bookstore will be open on Friday and before Commencement on Saturday for any last-minute needs.

MEMORABILIAPersonal announcements, diploma frames, and class rings may be ordered at the Liberty University Bookstore through the day of Commencement.

PHOTOSProfessional photographs taken of each graduate as they walk across the stage will be available for purchase. Visit the Commencement website to register with Grad Images for graduation photos.

Guests may take photographs from their seats but are asked not to impede the walking graduates.

COMMENCEMENT CHECK-IN9 A.M.-4:30 P.M. | LAHAYE STUDENT UNION

Graduates must stop by Commencement Check-In to receive their reader cards and important information. Students receiving honors may also pick up their university medallion or honor cord.

Pick up departmental honor cords or medallions from individual departments by 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Contact departments directly with any questions.

Please arrive early to the service. The faculty procession will begin at 5:45 p.m.

Graduates are welcome to wear their regalia at the Baccalaureate Service, but they are not required to do so.

COMMENCEMENT EXERCISES10 A.M. | WILLIAMS STADIUM

• Gates open at 7 a.m.

• Graduates must arrive at the football practice fields on Evans Blvd. by 7:30 a.m.

• The student procession will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m.

DEGREE PRESENTATION CEREMONIES12:30 P.M., 1 P.M., 3:30 P.M. | TBA

Each presentation ceremony is hosted by the individual school/college or department awarding the degree. Graduates will be recognized in their particular degree presentation ceremony.

Information regarding the time and location of specific degree presentation ceremonies is available online.
