Subject: Justification for reappraisal Of Application Dear Sir, With reference to your letter on the subject of denying of my application about emergency office leaving at 12:30 P.M dated, 26.06.2015.it is to information that the day left Mr.Zafar Islam with hypertension (BLOOD Pressure Shoot)stroke severely. His critical condition induced me to take him for immediate medical treatment. I had left the office by intimating the urgency to Mr.Farakh Bashir and Mr.Munir at 12:30 P.M. It is dire request to you to reconsider my urgency circumstances as my application contains the Witness application of diseased Person along with witnesses of F&A Officers about the medical emergency of their employee.
