Allow EPD to Grant Waiver to HW Fees for Pollution Prevention

Waive notification requirements for additional hazardous constituents released to soil identified through sampling conducted under a prospective purchaser corrective action plan approved under the brownfields act



Require notifications for groundwater concentrations exceeding MCLs



Provide a 90-day deferment of RQSM scoring of release notifications to allow for corrective action and/or resampling



Allow the Director to remove a site from the hazardous site inventory if a release does not pose a danger human health or the environment



Allow delineation of releases to residential risk reduction standards. Allow delineation of hazardous substances to MCLs



Allow public notice in the legal organ of local governments instead of requiring notice in a major local newspaper of general circulation

Allow sites meeting Type 5 risk reduction standards to be delisted contingent upon the execution of a Uniform Environmental Covenant

Require a permanent marker on a property subject to a Type 5 restriction
