Database software concept as a backbone for the non-governmental

organization supporting the exchange of ideas, experience and

workforse all over the world (NGO EIEWW*)*the name is totally symbolical, just to identify and write down the initial idea of such software support

1. The platform supports different levels of privacy

2. Different levels of one project entry:

-idea

Entry contains the short description of the initial idea, information and contact details of the author. More various

information and discussions may be added to this entry, as well as it can be open for the position of the project manager. If

the idea is open, anybody with the corresponding accounts can pick it up and start realization of the project

-project

Reflects several stages of the project: collection of the information, search for the sponsors, realization, report. Has the

project manager and other people responsible for the project duration. Has open positions, permanent or one-time job

offers with different levels of visibility for different accounts

-archieve entry

Realized project containing all the necessary information and feedback

-demand

Demand is another form of idea, but submitted by the seeker, person or organization which is looking for the knowledge,

idea or technology

Project entry should be flexible enough to transfer from one level to another without the necessity of creating new entries

and assigning project manager and the whole team again

3. Possibility to share each stage and comment in the news feed for the project entry, to upload some of the tasks in the

shape of job offers similar to freelance platforms. They can also be voluntary. Author/project manager should be able to set

privacy for each comment/post/job offer for various accounts.

4. People can offer their skills and services as well, indicating their timetable and location, also the expected payment for

different kind of offers or how they are willing to volunteer.

5. The possibility of collaboration on different documents should be supported, similar to Google docs system

6. Account system with different abilities and levels of access to the common network.
