FLOW REGULATOR TYPE RW-15 AISI 316L RW-15-12-SSES 1-12 l/min and RW-15-30-SSES 5-30 l/min CONSTANT FLOW RW-15 AISI 316L RW-15 maintains a constant flow regardless of changes in the pressure before and after the valve. SETTING RW-15 dial knob can be turned steplessly to the desired output flow. SELF FUNCTIONING RW-15 maintains the flow constant without any energy or impulse from outside. The sole energy used in the regulator is 1 bar differential pressure. ACCURACY The absolute accuracy means the output according to the dial, given the inlet pressure is between 1-10 bar and the differential pressure is between 1-7 bar. The regulating accuracy is the output variation at any setting when the differential pressure varies from 1-7 bar. Using the RW-15 for dosing according to the dial pls. refer to the absolute accuracy. Using the RW-15 for regulating a flow determined by another process output pls. refer to the regulating accuracy. FUNCTIONThe primary orifice (C)determines the output flowas set on the dial . Aspressure changes thebalance between chamber(D) and (B) regulates thesecondary orifice (A)resulting in a constant flow.
MATERIALSThe AISI 316L version ofRW-15 have a valvehousing made of AISI316L. Valve elements influid contact are made ofAISI 316L. Membrane andO-rings are EPDM.External setting dial ismade of anodizedaluminium. External screwsare A2.
MOUNTINGRW-15 comes with 1/2"BSP end connections andcan be mounted in anyposition as long as the flowfollows the direction of thearrow on the valve housing. The diagram shows the function of RW-15-30 set at 5 l/min
