We process this streaming data to fine tune the business rules using predictive models. The Hitachi Solutions IoT Predictive Service Hub has been used for anomaly detection, predicting component failure and optimising field service engineers route planning. By concentrating on the business issues, we have focussed the analytics to provide tangible outcomes, by putting true intelligence into the Microsoft Dynamics 365 work flow and driving business action.
