Introduction of the Data Hub
• Enterprise system to manage data• Collect, manage, and store metrics and benefits data (both build and
impact metrics) for the ARRA funded Smart Grid Program• Provide convenient access to data reporting functions via the
SmartGrid.gov website• Make data available to DOE for reporting, analysis, and visualizations• Projects will have their own recipient specific project page to view data
submitted• The Data Hub supports data access and visualizations that are
portrayed on SmartGrid.gov
Process & Background
• Once MBRPs are approved, projects are expected to report on a quarterly basis (refer to your individual project schedules)
• Based on an approved MBRP, we will create a project-specific data input template that presents the specific data fields that will be entered into the Data Hub
• If there are discrepancies between the template and your approved MBRP, please contact your Metrics and Benefits Team representative
• The template details will be incorporated into the Data Hub for customized reporting
• Once you receive the template and a username and password, you will be able to begin reporting
