Aha Moments

• As a building administrator, I cannot collect data like a classroom teacher can.

• With student survey data, proficiency is determined differently.

• DD is easy to learn and easy to use; more teachers should be using it

Data – What we learned…

• The wording of our questions can be improved.

• The short answer questions can be multiple choice or rubric rated.

• We really need to dig into more specifics related to one question in particular, since we have had two years of data that are showing the same results.

• Determine best steps in surveying students as a building

• Reword some of our questions with our SIP/Title I team

• Design a Title I survey for students and parents

• Can we survey parents on-line and collect data in DD?

• We need to determine how to best share the results of these types of surveys.

• Determine better timing to conduct our surveys.
