Use the title insurance calculator located inside each closing’s settlement statement to post title charges to the closing statement. The data call worksheet
will be generated. Amounts posted from the title calculator cannot be changed inside Data Call. Manual Records can be generated in lieu of a closing

per file when the policy is issued.
• Use DATABASE to review all
files and complete the information
for each file throughout the year.
• Obtain the FLOIR data worksheet
in MS Excel™
• Print or PDF reports to obtain
values for completing the FLOIR
spreadsheet
• Go to the floir.com website to
submit the spreadsheet report.
Double click a file name to open the record

• Click “This File” to review the information for the active file.
• Complete the datacall worksheet by selecting options and filling in
other amounts related to title insurance fees and losses.
• Chose “Print” and “PDF” to output this page.
• Use the File Number list to search for other files.
• Click “X” to Exit. The information is saved automatically.

Data Call “Post” opens the Data Call Worksheet for the active file. The file can be located in the Data Call data base under the File# as shown on the
closing statement.

Each file has an open date and a closing date. Data Call imports the opened date.

• Click on any column header label to sort the report in any order.
• Create a manual record if you lack a closing statement.
