When there is first hand evidence to PROVE a point--I shall utilize it to the fullest measure. While war plans were being outlined in “Bilderbergese”, the air traffic controller at Baden- Baden’s private airport reported numerous incoming flights from Brussels, where NATO head- quarters are based and Secretary of State James Baker was, at the moment, promising aid to the Soviet Union.

Aboard one of those planes, en route to the Bilderberg meeting, was Manfred Woemer, NATO’ s general secretary.

It was repeatedly stated at the Bilderberg meeting that there will be “other Saddams” in the years ahead who must be dealt with swiftly and effi- ciently. [This was a code term to represent “basis” for war as would be set up and presented as “reason ” to the populace.]

What the Bilderberg group intends is a global army at the disposal of the United Nations, which is to become the world government to which all nations WILL BE SUBSERVIENT BY THE YEAR 2000.

A UN ARMY

Crucial to making the UN a strong world government, by “osmosis”, in the words of some Bilderberg participants, is to be- stow it with “enforcement pow- ers. ”

“A UN army must be able to act immediately, anywhere in the world, without the delays in- volved in each country making its own decision whether to par- ticipate, based on parochial con- siderations, ” SAID HENRY KISSINGER DURING ONE OF THE FORUMS.

KISSINGER and others ex-

pressed pleasure over the con- duct of the Persian Gulf war, stressing that it had been “...sanctioned by the UN, at the request of President George Bush, himself a Trilat- eral luminary, before the issue was laid before the U.S. Congress.”

The fact that the president would make his case to the UN first, when the Constitution empowers ONLY Congress to declare war, was viewed as a significant step in “LEADING AMERICANS AWAY FROM NATIONALISM.”

If Americans can be per- suaded to surrender war-making decisions to the UN, and let their young men die wearing a UN uniform, fighting under a UN flag, “PAROCHIAL NATIONALISM” in Britain, France and elsewhere will dis- appear, Bilderberg speakers said. r

“The Persian Gulf venture has advanced the cause by years, ” one speaker said. Americans, so reluctant to commit their flag to foreign battlefields after 5 8,000 per- ished in the ill-fated Vietnam War, have had their attitude “completely turned around,” he said.

BUSH FLIMFLAMS PUBLIC

It was “good psychology” for Bush to allow congressional and other leaders to express their fear of losing 20,000 to 40,000 American lives, he said, ‘I.. when Bush knew the loss of life would be much lower. ”

When the allied casualty toll reached “only 378” and Ameri- cans read and heard of “only four” Americans dying in a week of ground war, it “was like nobody had died at all,” one said, “and Americans en-

joyed it like an international sporting match.”

Such an adventure was essential to getting Americans into “the right frame of mind for the years ahead,” said an- other.

In their circumspect way, the Bilderberg participants claimed credit for influencing the president to go to war, some mentioning, with know- ing smiles, that the American Ambassador, April Glaspie, had assured Saddam Hussein directly that the United States would take no action if he in- vaded Kuwait.

And, they promised each other, there will be “more inci- dents” for the UN to deal with in the years ahead. The Bilder- berg group and its little brother, the Trilateral Commission, can set up “incidents” on schedule, they said, but in less direct words. THE WORDS “WITHIN FIVE YEARS” WERE HEARD REPEAT- EDLY.

Another important step to- ward a strong, recognized and accepted world government is taxing power. Presently, the UN operates on “assessments” paid by each country.

“TEMPORARY” TAX

At its April meeting in Tokyo, the Trilateralists called for a UN levy of 10 cents per barrel of oil coming from the Persian Gulf. It would be sold as “temporary”, lasting only long enough to rebuild Kuwait [who hangs without trial, dis- senters] and feed the Kurds until they are back on their feet.

The Bilderbergers had set up the proposal and now ap- proved, as a group, of the move by their brother group,

in which David Rockefeller, Henry and others also serve as leaders. “Once people get used to a tax, it never is repealed. Ten cents a barrel would have a negligible effect on sales at the pump, and it could be extended worldwide “WITH APPRO- PRIATE INCREASES IN THE YEARS AHEAD.”

Part of the philosophy of a “direct” tax by the UN is al- ready in effect, they noted with satisfaction. The UN is de- manding 30 percent of Iraq’s oil profits for “reparations”, and the United States has obligingly taken the position that it should be increased to 50 percent. [While you are killing the babies and mothers, of course.]

From the sum total of all things said, the Bilderberg strat- egy emerged: Start the tax by imposing it on a newly estab- lished “bad guy” who must suffer, and use the revenue for such humanitarian purposes as feeding the Kurds. Keep the intitial tax low so that the public is unaware that it is levied and then kick it up.

As the UN acquires its OWN GLOBAL ARMY and DIRECT TAXES as another source of revenue, the world is to be divided into major “regions” FOR CONVEN- IENCE OF ADMINISTRA- TION, under the secret Bilder- berg plan discussed.

Gorbachev announced that he needed a !§ 100 BILLION “gift” from the West--mostly American--to survive. Bush, a longtime Trilateralist dedicated to the global cause, could then posture for Americans by saying I’. .no, only approximately $20 BILLION and only if Gor- bachev behaves. ”

Two days after the Bilder- berg meeting, on June 11, President Bush obligingly re- versed himself--six weeks after curtseying to the “right wing” by proclaiming the Soviet Union “uncreditworthy”--and an- nounced that the United States would guarantee $1.5 billion in loans for the communists to buy grain. A “loan guarantee” has become almost synonymous with “gift”.

Frank Murray, a journalist of stature long known to the SPOTLIGHT from his years with the defunct Washington Evening Star, wrote in the Washington Times that it was the first “of what is expected to be a series of steps to ease trade and give economic aid to Moscow. ”

The White House also reit- erated its opposition to moves in Congress to send any aid di- rectly to the republics of the Captive Nations, thereby strengthening their bid for free- dom, without shoring. up the crumbling walls of communism within the Soviet Union, with its domination 0f the Captive Na- tions perpetuated. [You will note that as of this day (week) there are two more Soviet block nations who plan to eflort to pull away--watch and see how it goes!]

Secretary of State Baker was in Geneva on June 8, the second day of the three-day Bilderberg meeting, promising American dollars to Gorbachev and reaf- firming U.S. abandonment of the Captive Nations. While it is known that high officials of the State and Defense Departments and the White House attended, it could not be learned if Baker was among the few arriving late, hidden behind a screen of guards. [. .or who was already in the building and kept from any contact with workers of the hosting hotel. I can reassure you that what and who you saw at the “victory” parade was NOT the most important replica of Bush and Quayle for they were also present in Baden- Baden!]

The guards and all partici- pants were instructed to respond to all inquiries regarding per- sons present, “I don’t know.”

This is said in German every time when the question is shouted in English, even by guards heard speaking fluent English.

Gorbachev, of course, wants to keep the Captive Nations en- slaved as part of the Soviet Union. The United States is helping him by taking the posi- tion that anticipated future billions of American tax dol- lars MUST GO TO THE KREMLIN TO AVOID THE “COMPLICATIONS” OF DEALING WITH 15 STATES THAT HAVE REGAINED THEIR SOVEREIGNTY.

The Bilderbergers endorsed this sellout just days before America’s annual Captive Na- tions Week, once the occasion for prayers for freedom of the enslaved peoples and tolling church bells.

On June 2nd Australian Farm protesters locked the Agriculture Minister of%e state of New South Wales in a des- perate action to dramatize the impact of low wheat prices and the farm crisis. Farmers took the state official on a tour, ush- ered him into a shed, locked him in, buried the shed under loads of wheat, and held him there a few hours before releas- ing him.

Elsewhere in New South Wales, in one locale alone, seven farm- ers have committed suicide. Prices for wool and wheat-- leading exports of Australia--are at levels so low that farmers are plunged into financial crisis. Protest actions have swept the country since May--the planting time for winter wheat in the Southern Hemisphere.

Ian Murphy, who runs one of the largest sheep stations in Australia, has just released a new call for emergency action, which begins with the headline, “I accuse the Hawke-Keating Socialist Regime.. . ” and charges that the government is “promoting and forcing the New World Order onto farmers to control food and other agricul- tural product prices. ” Murphy demands “that federal politicians halt all home, farm, and busi- ness foreclosures by banks and money lending institutions.”

You think “It can’t happen in America”? Ask the farmers who have lost their lands! Ask the millions now in bankruptcy because of no jobs and no abil- ity to make mortgage payments! You are in serious and irre- versible circumstance and if you allow loss of your Constitution-- pray for a quick end to your misery--AIDS and starvation is a very sad way to die.

June 4: The peoples of northeast Africa are getting a taste of what George Bush’s “New World Order” is all about. Un- der the orchestration of the U.S. State Department and with backup from Great Britain and Israel, the nations of the Horn of Africa are being split into small tribal and ethnic-based entities, and millions, if not tens of millions, a.rel being sentenced to die by famine and disease.

A new era began in this region May 27, during U.S.-mediated talks in London involving the factions in Ethiopia’s years-long civil wars. As the talks began, U.S. State Department Un- dersecretary for African Affairs Herman Cohen suddenly pulled the plug on the army-led interim regime in Addis Ababa, headed by Lt-Gen. Tesfiye, which had just taken power from the dic- tator Haile Mariam Mengistu. Cohen authorized the Ethiopian Peoples Revolutionary Demo- cratic Front (EPRDF), based on the Tigray ethnic group to take over power, and gave the nod to the Eritrean Peoples Liberation Front to set up the infrastructure for “independence” in Eritrea. Tesfiye denounced the deal.

Cohen said he was acting to “stabilize” the situation, but that was a lie. Within 48 hours of his intervention, EPRDF forces had massacred demonstrators in Addis Ababa.. . . hundreds died.

BUSH BACKS DEPOPULATION LOBBY

May 28th: The international neo-Malthusian movement has kicked off a new offensive to force massive reductions in global population, especially in the Third World.

New initiatives for dealing with the alleged threat of “overpopulation” have been put forth over the past several weeks by a wide variety of groups, ranging from official UN entities to private pro-zero- growth organizations.

The agenda for this latest assault on the human race is being set by the U.N., which has been playing an increasingly pivotal role in G. Bush’s nightmarish “New World Order” since the Iraq-Kuwait crisis.

UN PROMOTES GENOCIDE

Two Key UN agencies, the UN Development Program (UNDP) and its affiliate, the United Na- tions Population Fund (UNFPA), have come out with reports this month insisting that population growth in the devel- oping sector represents a major threat, and must be brought un- der control.

The UNFPA report laments that the world population rates con- tinue to increase, and expresses particular dismay that “nearly all (95 %) of this growth will be in developing countries. ” In- stead of proposing development policies that would make it pos- sible to accommodate these in- creased numbers, the agency calls for imposing “sustainable development” --a euphemism for zero economic growth--and says that such sustainable develop- ment requires a sharp decline in fertility. To achieve this, UNFPA recommends doubling the money spent on population control to $9 BILLION by the year 2000.

A few weeks after the UNFPA study appeared, the UNDP pub- lished its “Human Development Report 199 1 ‘I, which ‘was un- veiled at a Washington press conference by UNDP adminis- trator William Draper III. Draper is a close friend of President Bush; his father, William Draper, Jr., was not only a leading zero-growth fa- natic in the 1950’s and 1960’s, but also endorsed the Nazi eu- genics movement. Earlier this year, Draper III publicly stated that population control would be central to Bush’s New World Order.

At his May 22 press conference, Draper claimed that population growth has led to a situation in which “the developing world is becoming a powder keg ready to

explode”. Thus, Third World countries should spend their re- sources on population control, and not development programs.

Draper insisted that developing sector governments should stop spending money on what he called “extravagant prestige projects” (like the Aswan Dam), and instead focus on what he re- ferred to as “the foundations of human development”, namely, “primary education, preventive health care, and family plan- ning “. “This is where govem- ment is most productive. Not in mining, shipping, and building steel mills and cement facto- ries, ” he said.

Draper called for realizing Bush’s New World Order by embracing “a global commit- ment to building more caring societies” by focusing on several initial targets, including “access to family planning”.

Contrary to Draper’s claim that the UNDP wants to encourage Third World nations to put more resources into education, health, food, etc., its report stresses how to cut spending in these ar- eas, suggesting privatization and cutbacks in food subsidies.

The report’s key thrust, ac- cording to Draper, is its asser- tion that a “lack of political will--not financial resources” is the real cause behind “human neglect”. If developing coun- tries were to shift priorities away from “inefficient public enterprises”, “prestige projects”, and military spending, they could then “accommodate addi- tional expenditure for human development” without foreign aid.

Although Draper and the UNDP report alluded to the developing sector’s huge debt burden--it now totals $1.2 trillion, up from $50 billion in 1970--as an im- pediment to progress, nowhere did they offer any real solution, aside from suggesting an incon- sequential amount of debt for- giveness. Yet, it is this moun- tain of debt--not “prestige pro- jects”, or population expansion, or necessary defense spending-- which accounts for the Third World’s crisis.

THE ANTI-HUMAN COALITION

The private zero-growth appa- ratus is enthusiastically follow- ing the UN’s lead. The day Draper unveiled the UNDP re- port, a coalition of environ- mentalist, animal rights, femi- nist, and population control groups held a press conference in Washington to “launch one of the most ambitious cooperative efforts ever undertaken to bring public attention to the devastat- ing impacts of overpopulation. ”

More than 60 signers, including Paul “Population Bomb” Ehrlich, Linus Pauling, the Fund for the Feminist Majority, Dennis Hayes, the founder of ‘Earth Day”, the World Wildlife Fund, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, and Zero Population Growth en- dorsed a “Priority Statement on Population” which claimed that the “increase in population and in resource consumption are ba- sic causes of human suffering and environmental degradation and must become major priori- ties for national and intema- tional action. ”

The statement quoted George Bush’s introduction to the 1973 book THE WORLD POPULA- TION CRISIS, in which he wrote that “one of the major challenges of the 1970’s will be

to curb the world’s fertility”, and called on the President to “make population concerns a central focus of his foreign and domestic policy. ”

Spokesman Dale Didion said, “Now there are well over 5 bil- lion people, the annual increase is more than 90 million, and George Bush is an international leader. We have lost much ground against overpopulation in the ‘80’s; action in urgently needed. ”

On behalf of the committee that developed the statement, Didion transmitted a letter to President Bush stressing these issues.

So the plan is genocide, chelas, and you have to face the facts herein.
