TOWARDS CARBON NEUTRALITY

“One Person, One Voice, One Share” program giving each Danoner the opportunity to make their voice count as part of our new participative governance. More than 75,000 Danoners have shared their voices last October to impact local plans and to shape our company goals. Almost 88,000 Danoners are now being granted one Danone share.... This is the first time a company of our scale is implementing such a program, with the ambition to include all its employees.

Over 30% of Danone’s global sales are now covered by B Corp™ certification.

PARENTAL POLICY Danone offers the following minimum paid parental leave, which covers both birth parent and legally adoptive parent. In the event that the local legislation standards are more beneficial, then the local legislative standards shall be implemented. Paid leave has been categorized by caregiver status and is summarized in the table below:
