As Zojira begins to fall the tribesmen wail in panic and disarray. Zojiras

enormous bulk lands squarely on the chieftains pavilion surely crushing those

present.

Conveniently enough the beast also smashes clear a large hole in the arena wall

that leads out into the surrounding jungle. While the tribe is in a state of panicand disorder the adventurers use the opportunity to slip quietly away.

A half days trek through the jungle and you begin to realise that the tribesmen

have recovered from their tragedy and are pursuing you. heir forward scouts

have been seen openly observing you from a distance! the large army following

them is almost a certainty.

"nsure of what you are planning to do at this point other than get away from the

tribe and their thirst for vengeance you all stumble across the beach and the

edge of the island.

#cean stretches out as far as the eye can see! the waves calmly lapping at the

white sand of the small cove before you. he place would be a paradise if it

wasnt for the distant slow steady drumbeat of the approaching tribe coming

from behind you.

and low and behold! its heading in the islands direction.

As the ship drifts closer and the drumbeat grows steadily louder you begin to

make out a *gure on the ship. +ts Captain ,ed- is torso bandaged and the skin

of his face blistered from the e/ploded *re crystals he nevertheless lives and his

new ship seems to be your only hope at this point.

+t feels like the drums are almost upon you as the ship reaches a distance of one

hundred metres and swiftly swings about! he waves toward you signalling you to

climb aboard.

As if being stranded on the island was reason enough the 0i1ardmen suddenlyburst through the trees en masse. undreds of scaled creatures sprint towards

the beach! large tamed beasts knock down trees as they lumber forward. +t

seems they dont want to underestimate you a second time.

(If Jim has not used/cannot use magic door the adventurers begin to

swim toward Captain Red)

2eeing the 0i1ardmen in hot pursuit Captain ,ed suddenly grins with a savage

mirth. 3ime for my revenge you vile creatures-4 e thrusts forward with his

cutlass and a large catapult you had not notice ambles forward behind him.

A mass of barrels are 5ung onto the beach breaking apart on landing and spilling

black liquid across the sand all over the coves shore.

With a twisted grin Captain ,ed signals again and a short ballista *res a *ery bolt

onto the black covered area. +t promptly erupts in a hot inferno completely

obscuring the approaching tribe. 6ou can hear their angry shouts and severalmissiles are loosed over the *re but are well short of your position.

As Captain ,ed approaches you he smiles! 3Well + think thats enough for me!

were headed back to 2asserine and although +ve lost out a fair bit buying that

*re oil + think youll agree it was well worth it.4
