NO, the technology is based on VHF / UHF technology and the same coverage rules apply

9 will server applications be able to work with the repeaters in analogue mode?

TRBOnet and SmartPTT will not work in the IP-SITE-CONNECT backbone because that is not active when the repeater is is operating in analogue or dynamic mixed mode operation. A donor radio can operate together with for example TRBOnet or SmartPTT in analogue mode.

10 is it possible to connected the servers with applications over a sat link?

Yes , a dispatcher can be behind a VSAT

11 how to implement remote radio room over a sat connection where analogue channels need to be connected.

dispatcher can be behind a VSAT, and dispatcher can handle analogue channels.

12 what about applications running on the server? would this be possible?

NO they are not latency of 90 ms max

if not in the same network, the routers has to support "hairpinning" and be able to NAT IP adresses and Ports

17 i have digital maps and want to integrate into trbonet watch. can that be done by us. i want to embed digital maps with coordinates on trbonet watch. how can that be done.

No not in current versions, it is only possible in TRBONet enterprise

18 do you have a road map for TIER3? No 19 Are TRBOnet going to implement full SIP

connection to a SIP-PBX, so TRBO radios can be a fully SIP extension in existing telephony system? I know that TRBOnet have SIP possibilties to interconnect SIP phoneTRBO radio.

Yes it is in the roadmap and will be released in Version 4.0 together with IP connect to LCP & C+

Q1 see above; Q2 same as you have on analogue, remember it is not the distance the repeater can shout it is the distance it can hear. The weak point in the communication path is the handportables output power @ 5Watt; Q3 90 ms; Q4 not advisable, many application partners make a SMS - Email gateway. BUT the datarate on DMR is 2 kB/s per timeslot. Q5 depending on usage. but in Capacity plus and Link capacity Plus the maimum number of subscriber ID's supported is 65000. Q6 2 different standards. tetra, limited frequency area, lower output power, smaller "cells", more features. no analogue revert. nation widesetups.
