A1. Forensic Psychology Services

Dr. Rybicki has served as an expert witness in a number of civil and criminalproceedings, with deposition, court testimony, and arbitration experience. He hasworked in cases of competency to stand trial, insanity pleas, mitigation, child custodycases, chemical dependency and DUI, as well as personal injury cases includingneuropsychological evaluation and testimony. Some of the cases have settled for significant awards (1 million dollar amounts). Experience includes assessment, reports,depositions, and testimony in cases with victims and perpetrators of sexual abuse andharassment.
