dance4life and the Seliger fitness challenge

From July 10 to 14, Russia’s dance4life team (Moscow, Veliki Novgorod and St. Petersburg teams) participated in the fitness challenge “Run with Me” at the All-Russian Forum Seliger-2011 (www.forumseliger.ru).

Participants wanted to highlight the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, and our volunteers showed everyone that getting active with dance4life brings one health, knowledge, and happiness!

Every evening from 7 to 9 PM, participants excitedly waited to see what new activities dance4life would host – trivia quizzes on love, reproductive health and HIV, master-classes in percussion and dance, and much more.

During the day, our volunteers participated in the event’s wellness activities, spreading dance4life’s positive energy to all!

Russia’s dance4life team would like to thank the organizers, Natalya Shulga and Aleksander Chernyak, for their invitation and help in organizing events. We look forward to working together in the future with the “Run with me” team!
