They had to turn off the lights to get us to stop dancing at our Holiday Party, and with the band we have lined up this month, the staff at Sterling Heights better practice flippin’ those switches too. These headliners for Ronnie Milsap and Johnny Tillotson, now performs in our town squares, country clubs, and throughout Florida. No matter where they perform, they get their audience on the dance floor. And what would be a party without fabulous food? LaHacienda will be providing an appetizer buffet including Chicken Salad Sliders, Swedish Meatballs, Chicken Wings, Vegetarian Pinwheels, Pizza Square, and Egg Rolls. Desserts and other snacks will round out your meal. Just bring your drink of choice, put on your dancin’ shoes, and party on down! It’s been a brutally hot summer, and if you’ve found a way to beat the heat, then lucky you. On the other hand, when it comes to turning up the heat the LGSC Events committee has been red hot with their summer program picks. For those of you in attendance, you witnessed a spectacular performance from Duo Romantico and recently, a marvelous Evening in Hawaii. So don’t be left out in the cold for our next experience, a dinner/dance with the Karen Hall Trio. Keep in mind our

membership keeps growing, we are now at 377. So mark your monthly calendar for “Ticket Tuesday” and “Main Event Monday”.

Caught on Camera: An Evening in Hawaii Survey responses showed this was our most popular event since we started collecting surveys. 100% of members rated it a 4 or 5. This NEVER happens, folks . . . and I mean NEVER! It must have been all the audience participation and fantastic food.
