Extend Your Stay at the Bavarian Inn Lodge with Discounted Rates MWEA has negotiated a discounted rate for Wednesday, January 25th, Friday, January 27th and Saturday, January 28th for those wishing to extend their stay. (Note: Most conference fees include the room for Thursday, January 26th) The rates for rooms are as follows:
Wednesday, January 25th: Please use the registration form to register for this night Friday, January 27th: $75 (single, double, triple, quad), $135 (suite), plus applicable taxes Saturday, January 28th: $140, (single, double, triple, quad), plus applicable taxes

MWEA Cancellation Policy:
If MWEA cancels, full refunds will be issued. If registrant cancels 7 days or more before program, a 100% refund will be issued.
If cancellation is less than 7 days before program, no refund will be given. No refunds are made if cancellations is on/after program
