The City Plan Commission is refusing to hear public testimony during this re-vote, but that won’t stop residents from having their say. ###

Dallas, TX. The Dallas City Planning Commission is reconsidering 3 Specific Use Permits for Gas Drilling and a Shale Gas Processing Plant today at City Hall. These same permits were turned down on December 20, 2012. Public comments are not being allowed. Citizens are outraged.
