Hooseki is built on the assumption that the management of information technology for education is like legal advice, accounting, graphic arts, and other bodies of knowledge, in that it is not inherently a do-it-yourself prospect. With our partnerships we are fulfilling the city’s need to find quality vendors of reliable hardware, software, service, and support. The City will need to use these quality vendors as they use their other professional service suppliers, as trusted allies. F.C. Hooseki, Foxconn® and Microsoft® seeks to present the complete package to The City of Dakar and become the leader in business information technology for its region.

Delivery Schedule● First Delivery 2,000 units: Paid in full, prior to delivery.

● Second delivery, 10,444 units for 3 deliveries thus concluding “Year 1”

● Each quarterly delivery in “Years 2 & 3” 8,333 units per delivery for a total of 100,000 units.
