DAI-TECH consist of an enthusiastic group that has the passion for IT in common, led by a management team with over 17 years of experience in the industry.
We often wishfully remember the IBM PC XT which was our first encounter with IT technology and the 5.25” floppy disks that we used in order to save our Basic or Pascal codes.
The company was started in June 2010 around our common purpose of doing something different and better than what the market had to offer. Our education varies in different fields such as computer science, electronics, management, economy, arts, marketing etc.
Although we play actively in the IT industry for more than 17 years, our passion for computers was born in the late 80’s.

WHAT WE DO
We offer new product development solutions to companies who need to create personalized IT&C devices, ranging from design aspects to technical details. With over 9 years of experience in product development we are the perfect choice no matter the complexity of the project.
New Product Development
Under this project we develop consumer oriented IT products meant to be sold as standalone items on the shelves of the retail chains (online and offline). After three years from its creation, nJoy is present in five markets including Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Croatia and Serbia and has developed over 17 product categories.
The brand has been developed to offer IT competitive products to the B2B market, our main target being system integrators. We try to cost down as much as possible the non-necessary features but maintaining the quality level required by the customer. RPC is a Romanian IT brand which began its activity in 2003.

RPC builds competitive IT products for the B2B market according
to customer requirements by maintaining the specified quality level
and by costing down as much as possible the non-necessary features
in order to reach our partner’s target price. RPC wishes to be the best
solution on the market for system integrators.
In order to achieve competitiveness in this business we developed
partnerships with top companies of the industry and we obtained many
technical certifications.

production facilities from Taiwan and China.

Customizing
Besides developing new products we also offer the possibility
of customizing any existing RPC device, changing technical
specifications or design details.
We can build any new item based on the client’s details and
specifications. We have the necessary know-how in order to
create a competitive and market attractive product.
We offer professional assistance from concept drawing, 3D
modeling, engineering and up to package design. Each new
device is carefully tested in order to avoid production failures
and for ensuring a high quality standard before it is delivered to
the end-client.
Before mass production we present a final version of the item
to the client to ensure that his quality and design requirements
are met.
The first part in creating a new product involves drawing a concept design based on the client’s idea regarding the look and the targeted audience. Many design versions of the item will be presented to the client until he is fully satisfied with the look of the future device.
Next we will transpose the 2D drawings into a 3D (three dimensional) model and we will create the outline of relevant specs for hardware development as well as the necessary components integration. In this step we will choose all the type of materials to be used and the exact colours. The client is closely consulted on each new step in the development chain. No final decision is implemented before the client’s prior approval.
In the engineering stage the hardware components and functions are carefully designed. With the client brief in mind our engineers work close in hand with the product designers on best hardware solutions for the future item.
After intensive tests done by the QA department the final version of the device is presented to the client before mass production. Also in this stage the final packaging materials are sent for approval.
The product is ready and mass production begins. Working with the best production facilities the future items receive the proper attention in order to achieve the client’s requirements and to eliminate production failure.

Logistics Center
We can deliver our goods under any INCOTERM required by the client. Our logistics center is located in the capital city of Romania, Bucharest. From here we cover the South-East European markets, including the countries where we currently have established local partners, Romania,
Hungary, Bulgaria, Croatia, Serbia, Czech Republic, Macedonia, Greece, Kosovo, Italy, Albania and Lebanon. If we cannot cover your location from our logistics center we encourage container-based deliveries of the goods via ship directly from Asia under FOB terms.
