2015-2016: work without any changes 2017-2025: In case of start of the reforms:

30% will be separated, and instead of them, farmers will work the remaining 70% will reduce the number of cows down to the level of 600-800 cows in average

Farmers in Belarus is a small but quite stable group of agricultural producers. It will not be reduced, and in case of increasing of attention from the state, farmers will be able to develop actively and demonstrate the stable growth.
