What is DailyOneDailyOne is a smartphone application that lists not only the non-profit organizations but also their cause related projects. With our app people can support specific causes with small amounts every day instead of traditional one-time donations. Users can chose every day which cause should get the daily one dollar and they also get notified about the causes getting funded.The app is available for iPhone, Android and WindowsPhone devices.

How does it work?ON THE USER SIDE

They see the list of the ongoing projects of NGOs

They see a picture, a title, a short description and the percentage of funding.

Users find and download the app

When users pick a cause for the first time, they subscribe for automatically donating a

dollar every dayTo minimize transaction fees, a $30 donation

is made at the end of every month.

They pick a cause every day and their daily donation will be attached to that specific causeIf they don’t pick a cause, their dollar will be split among ongoing projects.

They can track each cause and get notified about succeeded projects

Any time an action is being taken in the app the users are asked to share the activity on social networksThis helps reaching more potential users.

How does it work for an NGO?NGOs join the system for free and upload their projects using our website

Users donate by using their credit cardWe use BrainTree secure payment system, a brand of PayPal Inc., a registered ISO/MSP of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Walnut Creek, CA.

Donations, social shares and donators/users can be tracked by the NGOs in real time by our CMS with 100% transparency

All donations arrive to our bank account and we transfer them to each NGO every month

We charge a transaction fee (15%) for operating the DailyOne system

The user database can be used to direct mail them or send push notifications
