The exhibition "K", which will take place this year, the company battenfeld-sincinnati (Bad Oynhauzen / Vienna) will introduce a novelty - a new series of twin-screw extruder with parallel screws. This is the first joint development of new unit Construction, formed through the merger of Battenfeld Extrusionstechnik and Cincinnati Extrusion. By combining the experience the developers managed to create a generation of extruders, optimized for the processing of PVC, which differs significantly increase productivity while increasing the efficiency of energy use. Thanks to technological length 34D twin-screw extruder new battenfeld-sincinnati parallel moving in the opposite direction augers, demonstrates impressive performance. Four models with screw diameters from 78 to 135 mm in the production of PVC profiles cover a capacity range from 100 to 1000 kg / h, compared with earlier versions of both producers meet growth by almost 25%. Increased productivity helps as part of the elongation process and the application of new chetyrehvalnogo reducer. The most powerful at the moment the drive in conjunction with an AC motor provides high torque and better performance. U-shaped structure contributes to the drive unit is mounted very compactly, so, despite the lengthening of the technological part, the extruder size is not increased. Other advantages of the new-generation twin-screw extruders are not maintenance-free, self-adjusting temperature control system of screws, as well as insulated elements of the cylinder, providing energy savings. Universal basic screw geometry, due to lengthening of the technological part, has a longer zone of heating, which provides a very gentle processing of material. Twin screw extruders are fitted with dosing, thermally isolated from the hopper, so additional water cooling is not required. To ensure the maximum possible lifetime of the technological part augers are molybdenum coating, and the cylinder nitrate. Finally, the extruder is easy to manage thanks to the use increased to 19-inch touch panel.

Purchase opinion:

Domestic company has revised price down ward again WEF 15/7/2010, which has demoralise the market.

As of now HDPE & HM-HDPE to the lowest bottom ,or at lowest range ,we are of the opinion that traders &

manufacturer can start purchasing same either for immediate sale or for the purpose of inventory.

LDPE is also under short supply since long. In these grades, purchaser need not require to wait to avail

material at company price list rate. Details of last rate revision are available on very 1st page of this sheet.

Over all Purchase is advisable in PP/HDPE/HM-HDPE.

As for casted on last Monday, Last Global Polymer Report was also down by $ 20 -$ 30 in all polymers. As per

our study ethylene monomer at international level is being offered @$ 800-$ 825.There are chances that

ethylene monomer may touch $ 750-780 looking to continuous down fall in ethylene prices & recent Control of

US sanctions on Iranian Petrochemicals companies. This may lead all major global Poly ethelene mfgrs to

decrease their offer rate to match market competition.

"Iranian origin polymers facing difficulties after sanctions Iranian origin polymers are currently facing

difficulties in global markets stemming from tighter US sanctions."

As per us, still it’s a time to wait & watch before starting purchase of PE. At any moment of time trend may

take "U" turn towards stability or Increment. It all depends upon nos. of Diff. factors like exchange rate, Mat.

Availability, Monomer's rate, demand in finish goods etc. Procurement of material should be in accordance

with mfgrs monthly production capability, it should not increase 50% of total capacity.
